Human Resources Business Partner - Broughton - 12 Month Contract - £25 p/h

ARM is delighted to be recruiting for a huge Aerospace company who are actively seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to join them on a 12 month contract.

The role requires a strong understanding of Employment law, case management, and ideally employee relations, the client is flexible in terms of the background the candidate comes from.

Responsibilities:

* As a Strategic Business Partner advising managers in their management role in line with HR Strategy
* Challenge management thinking, drive constant improvement and innovation within the business
* Facilitating changes processes in the business by supporting managers
* Providing organization advice to managers
* Managing a limited team of other junior local Human Resources Business Partners

Requirements:

* Qualified to degree level or equivalent, preferably in Human Resource Management or Business Studies
* 3 - 5 years' experience within a large HR function
* Experience of working in a fast paced environment
* Good knowledge of the main HR processes and IT tools and relevant legislation
* Generalist HR knowledge with strong change and strategic competencies
* CIPD Qualified or working towards is desirable
