Human Resources Specialist - Filton - 12 month contract (Likely Extension) - £££ Competitive Rates

ARM is delighted to be recruiting for a huge Aerospace company who are actively seeking a Human Resources Specialist to join them on a 12 month contract.

The role requires a First Line management responsibilities for the performance management of Early Careers programme participants.

Responsibilities:
* Responsible for the operational delivery of the Graduate, Apprentice and Intern programmes
* Regular 1-2-1's with the Early Careers participants and general daily support
* Performance management and case management where appropriate including investigation into misconduct
* Effective resource selection and deployment before, within and after the programme. Support induction of new starts and recruitment activity
* Regular operational reviews with educational partners to ensure participant performance meets course requirements, and that the service delivery level and course content meets the agreed business needs.

Requirements
* CIPD Qualification would be an advantage
* Experience within a large HR function
* Individuals must be results and delivery-driven with a sound logical approach to achieving tasks and objectives
* Able to work on own initiative to develop effective solutions to problems
* Customer orientation & responsiveness, with a solution mindset
* Strong interpersonal skills, self-awareness & empathy
