HR Project Manager in Southwark, London

HR Project Manager - London (Southwark) (Hybrid)- 4-6 Month Interim Role - £300 - £400 per day

Advanced Resource Managers are recruiting for a HR Project Manager to join one of their public sector clients in Southwark on an 4-6 month, interim basis.
The ideal candidate will have previous HR Project Management experience. The amin scope of this role is to lead on the delivery of small-medium sized pay & reward projects.

Responsibilities
* Project management aspect of each project. This includes development and management of planning, governance, and reporting arrangements.
* Delivering and closing each project (including engaging with line managers and payroll).
* Work closely with relevant stakeholders, including Employee Relations Business Partners and finance colleagues.

Requirements
* Proven experience managing HR Projects
* Experience managing Pay and Reward changes.
* Excellent communication skills
