HR Officer in London

HR Administrator - London (Hybrid) - 3 Month Interim Contract - £18.58/hour, Inside IR35

Advanced Resource Managers are looking for a HR Administrator to join their Public Sector client in London on a 3-month, hybrid basis.

The ideal candidate will have worked within a similar HR role, taking responsibility for a wide range of administration.

Responsibilities
* Maintain staff and establishment information on HR System
* Administer payroll for new starters, leavers, extensions to fixed-term employees, casual worker payments and other contractual changes
* Advise on terms and conditions, codes of conduct and employment legislation.
* Organise occupational health referrals and supporting actions regarding employee wellbeing.
* Organise meetings and take minutes.
* Support wider Business Partnering and Management team across a range of HR activities

Requirements
* CIPD qualified or working towards this
* Awareness of performance management, equal opportunities, disciplinary and grievance, and recruitment/retention policies and procedures.
* Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office and HR System packages.
* Previous experience working within a similar HR role.
