HR Manager in Craigavon, County Armagh

HR Manager - Craigavon, Onsite - Permanent - £26,000 - £33,000 per annum

Advanced Resource Mangers are looking for a HR Manager to join their retail-based client in Craigavon on a permanent basis.

This is a HR Generalist position where you will be providing outstanding service to all employees and managers. Previous experience within a similar role is essential.

Responsibilities
* Act as a point of contact for all employees on HR-related queries.
* Provide support and advice for area managers.
* Support investigations and disciplinary meetings as required.
* Manage and maintain GDPR systems, record, policies, and associated documents.
* Take ownership of HR System, continuously updating and improving this.
* Issue employee contracts, new starter inductions, onboarding, offboarding, and exit interviews.
* HR Administration.
* Assisting in recruitment, screening, and selection processes.

Requirements
* CIPD qualified of equivalent.
* Previous experience within a HR role where employee engagement was a focus.
* Great interpersonal and communication skills across all channels.
* Keen attention to detail and the ability to prioritise workloads.
