HGV Workshop Supervisor

Our client is looking for an experienced HGV Workshop Supervisor in the Haywards Heath area.

The ideal candidate would have previous experience in a Workshop as a Supervisor with a leader attitude and a hands on approach.

Duties will include but not be limited to:
* Ensure that the trucks are maintained, serviced and managed appropriately
* Overseeing a small team of Mechanics on a day to day basis
* Provide training to Apprentices if needed with a hands on approach
* Manage vehicle maintenance and spares expenditure
* Record all vehicle accidents, incidents and MOT results
* Implementing improvements to the service if necessary
* Monitor staffing levels and rotas

This is a Monday to Friday role, 40 hours per week. Our client is willing to pay up to £43.000 per annum.
