Head of Reward (EMEA Region) - Hampshire/London (Hybrid) - Permanent

Advanced Resource Managers working alongside their esteemed defence client, hiring for a Head of Reward to cover the EMEA region, on a permanent hybrid basis.

In this role, you will be serving as the subject matter expert for all aspects relating to Reward. Extensive experience managing and executing international compensation and reward programmes is necessary, and a strong understanding of the UK pensions environment will be extremely useful.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Reward function and team for the EMEA region.
  • Collaborate closely with Finance Director, Pension Trustees, and Corporate Actuary to support pension plan.
  • Work with various teams across the business to resolve issues and ensure successful and compliant delivery of Reward programmes.
  • Drive business-wise Reward strategies to support corporate, country-wide, and regional vision.
  • Provide line of sight cost of Reward programmes to key stakeholders.
  • Manage Regional Governance Framework for all savings plans and pensions.
  • Work directly with Trustee groups to develop strategies when necessary.
  • Serve as regional expert on reward and advise wider enterprise on execution of strategies.
  • Develop Wellbeing programmes and ensure alignment of Diversity & Inclusivity strategies are reflected in reward programmes.
  • Establish credibility with key stakeholders across business areas and support Reward partners to represent Reward team on projects and reviews.
  • Ensure all Reward initiatives are compliant with country legislations.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge or UK pensions (DB and DC), as well as experience working within the EMEA region.
  • Extensive compensation and benefits experience.
  • Previous "head of" experience within a complex, matrix style setting
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Active BPSS Security Clearance OR the ability to obtain and hold this.
