HR Advisor in Reading, Berkshire

HR Advisor - Reading (Hybrid) - 6 Month Contract - Inside IR35

Advanced Resource Managers are recruiting multiple HR Advisors to join their Defence client in Reading on an interim 6-month basis.
The successful candidates will need to have active SC level clearance (BPSS to start can be considered), and they will have previous HR Administration experience.

Responsibilities
* Delivery of timely and accurate HR services within requirements, both across the business and to customers.
* Maintain workload and case trackers so improvements can be identified.
* Timely and accurate updating of the HR Information System (Workday)
* Ensure correspondence and documentation is accurate and in accordance with approved templates.
* Delivery of routine scheduled activities
* Supporting of line managers, employees and prospective candidates in the effective use of self-service HR technologies.
* Escalation of issues in accordance with relevant processes.
* Support ad hoc project work (including HR and Company initiative, administrative services, and occasional face-to-face support).
* Testing and maintenance of HRIS.

Requirements
* Active SC level security clearance held - BPSS may be okay to start with.
* Previous HR Administration experience
* Keen eye for detail and the ability to prioritise work loads
* IT Literate and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software.
