Head of Estates in Swansea

Up to £50000 per annumContract
PermanentOur client is recruiting for a Head of Estates to oversee their estates and facilities department for a number of premises across Wales. You will be responsible for ensuring that all issues across their estate are dealt with accordingly, liaising with the maintenance teams to ensure that the long term maintenance programmes are achieved, and oversee project works as required.
The ideal candidate will have experience in:
- Estates, land and property management.
- Facilities Management - property maintenance, security, fleet, waste and fire prevention
- Energy management
You will be working with a team of people to prioritise and plan the property strategy and expenditure for the estate, which is over 20 different locations. You will have an excellent health & safety awareness and knowledge of current regulations.
