Global Recruitment Manager - Southampton - Permanent - £60,000

ARM is currently recruiting for a Global Recruitment Manager to work for a leading client in the maritime sector based in Southampton.

The Global Recruitment Manager will be responsible for the overall recruitment and selection process for all shore-based opportunities within the Leisure Department.

Responsibilities
* Management of shore-based recruitment activities on a global basis for the division.

* Forecast future needs in conjunction with clients or internal planning teams, constantly adapt to manage short and long terms recruitment needs.

* Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from vacancy approval through to colleague onboarding.

* Management of relationships with third-party partners - recruitment agencies, social media and job board partners, etc.

* Ensure that all recruitment activity within Business Unit complies with group recruitment policies and processes.

* Ensure that global recruitment processes and policies are compliant.

Requirements
* Significant direct sourcing and networking experience in a similar role is required. Cruise Line experience strongly recommended.

* Strong experience of assessing and selecting the best possible talent.

* Strong experience with Microsoft Packages (Word, Excel, Power Point).

* Previous experience of in-house recruitment is essential.
