ARM are delighted to be supporting a business that is turning the Estate Agency industry on its head.
We are supporting them with the Recruitment of a FP&A Analyst in Solihull on a hybrid basis.
The role is responsible for providing valuable financial insights and analysis that drive informed decision-making for the lettings business as well as within functional cost areas of the business.
Responsibilities
* Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis, interpret trends, and identify key performance indicators (KPIs) to offer actionable recommendations that support business growth and profitability.
* Budgeting and Forecasting: Work with the Lettings team to develop comprehensive budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
* Monitor budgetary performance and provide insightful variance analysis to enhance financial planning accuracy.
* Reporting and Insights: Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, offering clear insights into financial performance, highlighting areas for improvement and potential opportunities.
* Decision Support: Support strategic decision-making processes by conducting ad-hoc financial analysis, scenario modelling, particularly around pricing and proposition.
* Commission scheme build and administration
Requirements
* Qualified Accountant - ACCA, CIMA, ACA - Minimum 2 years post qualified.
* Proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial modelling and working knowledge of financial software tools.
* Excellent communication skills to effectively present financial information to diverse stakeholders.
* Ability to work collaboratively and build strong working relationships across teams.
* Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
