Role Details:

• Avonmouth, Bristol
• Full time on site
• 12-Month Contract
• Negotiable rate of pay Inside IR35
• 40 Hours Per week

About the Role:

The Energy Division at ARM is currently Foreman to join a Nuclear Civil company.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Supervision and control of a team comprising Gangers and a direct labour force.
• Supervision and control of the works of subcontractors
• Input into the production of Work Package Plans and Risk Assessments
• Identification of potential hazards and implementation of actions and controls
• Monitoring performance against the working program
• Carrying out Safety & Environment Tours
• Keeping up to date with changes in legislation
• Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety and Environmental Policies
• Identifying future requirements for setting out and permits to lift
• Ensuring the workforce has sufficient information in terms of specification and workmanship.
• Monitoring levels of workmanship and promoting a culture of Right First Time
• Completing QA using BIM field 360
• Input into the weekly program and progress monitoring against KPI.,
• Communication of weekly program and targets to the workforce
• Validation of labor and plant records
• Weekly review of small tools and plant list
• Awareness of project scope and highlighting additional work items

What You Need to Succeed

• Experience in delivering high-profile projects involving earthworks, deep drainage, and reinforced concrete construction
• Solution-oriented with the ability to analyse risks and benefits of options to resolve issues
• Proven ability to work to tight deadlines, prioritize, and multi-task.
• Capability to take ownership of work from start to finish, including handover.
