Fleet Engineer in York, North Yorkshire

FLEET ENGINEER - YORKSHIRE AND THE HUMBER - 6 MONTHS CONTRACT - £420 PER DAY

ARM are currently recruiting for a well-known rail client, who operates and develops Britain's railway infrastructure. They are currently seeking for a professional Fleet Engineer in the Yorkshire and Humber region!

About You:
* You will need to hold an HNC/HND qualification or equivalent qualification in civil engineering.
* Your will have extensive experience in a relevant engineering area - ideally fleet management
* You will be required to have knowledge of relevant rail policies and standards
* You will have an understanding of safety management systems and risk assessment techniques
* You will need to HOLD a PTS card

What you will be doing:
* You will be in charge of examinations, inspections, monitoring and assessment of rail fleet assets and the evaluation of the reports in accordance with company standards.
* You will oversee the development, implementation and handover of assigned work items.

This role is a full office based role with offices are located in York.

You will need to HOLD a PTS card and a valid driving licence

The rate for this role is £420 Per Day (Umbrella) Inside IR35.

This role is a 6 Month Contract, which may extend.
