Financial Accountant in Oxfordshire

Financial Accountant - Oxford - Contract (until end of June 23) - £21 per hour
ARM are delighted to be supporting one of our esteemed automotive clients with the recruitment of a Financial Accountant on a contract basis.
Responsibilities:
* Timely and accurate preparation and submission of IFRS financial statements (monthly).
* Timely and accurate preparation of Budget and Forecast planning (five times a year).
* Comprehensive presentation of financial review summary (monthly + planning processes).
* Timely and accurate preparation of annual statutory accounts.
* Accurate, timely and structured reporting and associated planning influences the quality image both internally and externally.
* Assist in identification of system issues and support their resolution to facilitate problem solving.
* Continually review processes to identify issues, inefficiencies and implement and influence changes using all available tools and methods.
Requirements:
* 2 years proven corporate accounting experience.
* Ability to deputise for Manager Financial Accounting when required.
* Qualified Accountant (preferably UK professional body: ACA, CIMA, ACCA or comparable).
* Forward thinking to promote and develop IT / Digitalisation opportunities
