Finance Support Assistant in Epsom, Surrey

Finance Support Assistant - Epsom (Hybrid) - Contract (6 months) - £22.00 p/h (Umbrella)
ARM are delighted to be hiring for a Finance Support Assistant to join one of our multinational engineering, design, planning, architectural design, project management and consulting services clients on a 6 month contract.

The right candidate will support the Finance Business Partner in setting up new processes, procedures and managing a growing workload.
Requirements
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong interpersonal skills
* Strong control and process orientation
* Accounting experience commensurate with the role (AAT Level 2-3)
* Minimum of 2 years in an accounting role or administrative role

Responsibilities
* Assistance with setting up the accounting processes for the growing business.
* Supplier payments process - Setting up, managing.
* Bank account management, including arranging funding and preparing bank reconciliations.
* Journal entries for month-end reporting
* Preparation of month end reports for the Management team
* Budget/Forecast model preparation.
* Overheads analysis
* Managing the cost collectors/sub-codes structures
