Finance Manager in Colchester, Essex

Finance Manager - Colchester - Initial 3 Month Contract - £16 p/h (PAYE)

ARM is delighted to be recruiting for a high-quality care company actively seeking a Finance Manager to join them on a contract basis with a view of this being made permanent further down the line.

The role requires someone able to motivate the finance team and experienced in using Sage 50.

Responsibilities:

* Process and reconcile financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable
* Financial analysis and forecasting
* Monitor and track expenses, ensuring compliance with budgetary guidelines
* Payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements
* Preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets

Requirements:

* Ideally have worked in a similar role previously
* Minimum need to be working towards AAT however ideally already obtained
* Experience in Sage 50
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial software applications
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
