Senior Customer Marketing & Events Manager - London (Remote) - Permanent - £60,000 - £70,000

ARM are hiring for a Senior Customer Marketing and Events Manager to join their top IT, London-based client on a permanent basis.

In this role, you will work closely alongside the sales and marketing teams to identify event content, goals, and promotion strategy. You will be coordinating event logistics and building a client marketing programme that strengthens our client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the planning, production and execution of UK and Ireland-based events. These are both internal and external events ranging from large, hosted events, to industry tradeshows, as well as smaller, and virtual events.
• Develop content-led events positioning the organisation uniquely within the marketing.
• Drive the end-to-end process, requirements, persona development and message, as well as monitoring KPI's to manage and plan for future successes.
• Build event strategy and event goals to ensure event successes
• Project-manage the events, including pre-event planning, venue selection, vendor management, agenda development, event promotion, registration, logistics, on-site management, and follow-ups.
• Work alongside marketing, sales, PR, and executive management to achieve business goals via event marketing.
• Develop and roll out client relationship programme, with the goal of increasing engagement with executive personas across key accounts.
• DevCreat and develop a marketing strategy for out key customers, with the goal of up/cross-selling solutions
• Develop best practice client journey engagement, using direct and indirect channels

Requirements

• Proven track record in Marketing for a B2B events or Professional Services company
• Strong background in developing marketing strategies for several large-scale events (on and offline)
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and lead
• Proven experience running successful paid media campaigns
• Copywriting for email, landing pages, and paid media campaigns.
• Adept at content creation
• A keen focus on clients-first, teamwork, and foresight
