ContractFinance Business Partner - Trowbridge - Fixed Term Contract (£38,000 - £42,000)
ARM are actively seeking a Finance Business Partner to work for our client based in Trowbridge on a Fixed Term Contract.
Responsibilities:
* Preparation and maintenance of monthly management accounts and production of the annual financial statements.
* Provide a high-quality support service to decision makers by preparing financial data, carrying out capital expenditure appraisals and NPV calculations as required.
* Maintaining the financial integrity of the accounting package including maintenance and development.
* Budget monitoring and assisting with the co-ordination and preparation of budgets, key performance indicators, forecasts and the financial plan.
* Review cash flow monitoring calculate optimum gift aid payments and tax calculations as required.
* Liaise with internal and external auditors as required to enable them to complete their work within agreed timescales.
* VAT Calculations and returns
* Undertake any other duties that may reasonably be required by the Group head of finance or Group finance director.
Requirements:
* Experienced working in a finance environment, working with management accounts, budget setting and treasury management.
* Ability to analyse, interpret and present facts and figures ensuring consistency and understanding of the bigger picture.
* Ability to work as part of a team but also able to use initiative and work with limited supervision.
* Ability to prioritise workloads, set targets, work to deadlines and monitor own performance as well as team performance.
* Ability to act tactfully, with discretion and confidentiality.
