Field Service Technician in Wolverhampton, West Midlands

Role Details:

• Permanent

• 26 days annual leave entitlement plus 8 days for public holidays

• On call (1 in 4 weeks)

The Energy Division at ARM are currently recruiting a Field Service Technician to join Our Renewable Energy client, to be based out of West Midlands.

Job Overview:

To undertake planned and reactive service and maintenance work on biomass heating systems, other heating plant, and associated equipment. Including, completing general maintenance, installation, commissioning, and repair works within the West Midlands area

Some of your duties will include:

• Undertake reactive maintenance, responding to call-outs, and facilitate a swift and effective resolution of heating faults

• Identify any parts which may require replacement and include as much detail as possible in the report to enable parts to be ordered

• Take and log photographs to the report including before and after photos for planned services and photos identifying any issues relating to reactive maintenance visits

What do you need to succeed?

• Good mechanical and electrical skills for service, maintenance, and repair

• Demonstrable experience working within, plumbing, heating, or similar role in mechanical engineering

• Strong attention to detail to ensure job reports are accurately recorded

• UK Driving License
