My client, a global leader in emergency lighting solutions, is seeking a dedicated Electrical Field Service Engineer to join their team. This remote position primarily covers clients in West/North London up to Leicester, with travel across the UK required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Commission and maintain emergency lighting systems, ensuring compliance with British Standards.
- Perform routine maintenance and fault diagnosis, identifying and rectifying issues effectively.
- Complete jobs promptly, providing detailed reports and recommendations.
- Liaise with customers, showcasing excellent communication skills.
Qualifications:
- Qualified Electrician (C&G or NVQ minimum).
- Strong understanding of BS5266 standards.
- Willingness to travel and stay overnight as needed.
Skills:
- Exceptional customer service abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Strong listening, influencing, and communication skills.
