Facilities Manager in Gloucestershire

PermanentOur client is looking to recruit a Facilities Manager to lead on the management and delivery of Hard & Soft Facilities Management Services, in the Gloucestershire area.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the Planned Preventative Maintenance schedule.
- Management of Contractors
- Undertake and maintain the safety inspection regime and generate reports
- Manage the risks associated with the maintenance of facilities.
- Maintain compliance documentation
Skills/Qualifications
- Hard & Soft Facilities Management Services experience
- Minimum of Institute of Workplace & Facilities Management Level 4 Diploma or studying towards
- IOSH Managing Safely
- Good management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Budgetary awareness
