Facilities Manager in Gloucestershire

Our client is looking to recruit a Facilities Manager to lead on the management and delivery of Hard & Soft Facilities Management Services, in the Gloucestershire area.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the Planned Preventative Maintenance schedule.
• Management of Contractors
• Undertake and maintain the safety inspection regime and generate reports
• Manage the risks associated with the maintenance of facilities.
• Maintain compliance documentation

Skills/Qualifications

• Hard & Soft Facilities Management Services experience
• Minimum of Institute of Workplace & Facilities Management Level 4 Diploma or studying towards
• IOSH Managing Safely
• Good management skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong organisational and administrative skills
• Budgetary awareness
