Executive Surveyor - Leeds - Permanent - £45K - £55K

ARM are working with a well-known transportation client who are currently involved with transportation in the UK. We are currently recruiting for an experienced Executive surveyor to join their team based in Leeds.

About You:
- You will need to have previous experience in surveying.
- You will need to have qualifications in Surveying.
- You will need to have good time management
- You will be able to work on your own initiative.
- You will be able to work in a team.

What you will be doing:
You will need to be able to work a part of a team as well as manage a team of people to work this role, you will be working on a diverse range of projects/sectors including urban regen, residential, offices, higher education and heritage . You will be given the opportunity to develop your skills.

This role is based in Leeds it is a full-time role with the opportunity to do hybrid working.

This company offers a competitive salary for this role, up to £55K. as well as this they offer an pension scheme, private medical insurance, interest-free travel ticket loan and a well-being allowance. As well as 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
