Executive Compensation Manager in London

Executive Compensation Manager - Farringdon - Hybrid - 8 Month FTC

Advanced Resource Managers are hiring for an Executive Compensation Manager to join one of their delivery clients on an 8 month, fixed-term basis.

The purpose of this role is to ensure the company's remuneration agenda is fully supported, along with the collation of papers, market data, and input from external advisors.

Responsibilities
* Support delivery of Executive Remuneration agenda
* Draft papers for Group Remuneration Committee
* Lead on the drafting and production of the Directors' Remuneration Report - liaise with other parts of the business regarding data, timing, language, and sign-off.
* Work closely with the Finance Team to ensure all incentives are accrued properly
* Work with Performance Managers to ensure strong links between performance and rewards
* Acts as reward lead for Central Functions on grading, offers and compensation issues for senior hires
* Maintain strong knowledge of the external market, including key trends in pay levels and remuneration structures

Requirements
* High level of numeracy skills and financial understanding
* Strong working knowledge of reward and compensation practices and policies
* Ability to communicate concisely across all levels
* Excellent analysis and compensation skills
* Experience working within a large, complex, matrix-style organisation
* Previous experience designing incentive schemes in varying structures, with a wide range of stakeholders
