Finance Manager in Fareham, Hampshire

Finance Manager - Segensworth (Hybrid) - Permanent - £45,000-£50,000 DOE

ARM are delighted to be working with a construction company based in Segensworth.

Requiring a Finance Manager to play an active role in the successful delivery of the Company's business direction plan through effective leadership, whilst taking responsibility for the financial health of the company

Responsibilities:
* Production of monthly management accounts
* Fixed Asset Register and balance sheet reconciliations
* HMRC returns - VAT, P11d and ONS
* Assist with production, monitoring and reporting of budgets.
* Assist with managing and forecasting cash flow.
* Management of the Accounts Team
* Liaising with third parties e.g., auditors

Requirements:
* The successful candidate should be experienced managing a finance function.
* CIMA/ACCA finalist/newly qualified
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
* Advanced use of Excel
* Meticulous attention to detail and well organised
