EUC Engineer
6 Months Fixed Term Contract
£70k per annum
Hybrid - 2-3 Days per week on site in London

My client are looking for a consultant with a "can do" attitude and is comfortable in picking up new skills quickly whilst use pre-exisitng knowledge to assist end users to prevent problems before they arise.

Please note - The ideal candidate must have experience with VDI Migrations to be a suitable fit for the role

Responsibilities on the role-
Technical defect management
Management Studio infrastructure support
Resolving Application issues
Managing Change Requests and W365 migration activities
Support user connectivity and Zscaler connectivity issues
Owns unresolved 2nd line issues to resolution
Regulated environment experience e.g. Investment or Retail Banking
Working with Modern workplace Architecture
Good communication and excellent documentation skills
The ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and use your initiative and experience based on industry best practices.
Highlight opportunities to improve/evolve service and technology platforms
Assist with testing and validation of changes and/or deployments where necessary
Provide assessments to the client and their customer base around improvements and efficiencies
Work with the Head of Consultancy and Advisory and Modern Workplace Senior Platform Architect
Demonstrate a customer-obsessed mindset when evaluating solution options and platform improvements.

Experience required for the role-
Knowledge of modern workplace common practices & technology areas
Ideally previously working as an expert working within modern workplace infrastructure
Improve user experience and drive Modern Workplace and digital transformation initiatives
