Estimating Manager in Birmingham, West Midlands

ESTIMATING MANAGER - BIRMINGHAM - 12-MONTH CONTRACT - £500 PER DAY

ARM are currently working with a multinational consultancy who specialise in a number of industries including: Construction, defence, rail and more. They are seeking An Estimating Manager to join the team in Birmingham on a contract basis to work on a major railway project.

To be applicable for this position you will need the following:

- Educated to a degree level.

- Previous experience working on high-value, complex-type construction or infrastructure Estimating programmes.

- You will need to be a chartered member of a recognised institute (RICS, ACostE, ICES)

In this position you will Ensure Cost Management principles and processes are aligned with Risk Management, establishing contingency requirements within the overall budget envelope. You will Undertake reviews of Cost Estimates, which will include challenging proposals using cost benchmarks and norms within the review process

This position will be based in Birmingham and offers hybrid working arrangements of 2-3 days in the office and 2-3 days working from home.

This role is an initial 12-month contract and is paying £500 per day inside IR35 via an umbrella company.

You will need to be permanently eligible to work in the UK for this position.
