Site Manager in Derby, Derbyshire

SITE MANAGER - DERBY - 6 MONTH CONTRACT - MARKET RATE OUTSIDE IR35

Advanced Resource Managers are working with a company who strives on leading the transportation sector, we are looking for a Site Manager on a 6 month contract.

About You:
* You will be an experienced Site Manager.
* You will have experience on multi discipline projects.
* You will have a good understanding of CDM and Principal Contractors responsibilities.

What you will be doing:
You will be required to carry out the site Management, assurances, reviews and audits of detailed processes, retain and report on site works and welfare status for maintenance. Ensuring that the welfare is set up and maintained to the EHS welfare assessments.

This role is based in Derby.

The rate for this role is based on Market Rate, outside IR35. It can be negotiated based on experience and suitability.

For our client, we are required to undertake a DBS and reference checks prior to starting. We also can only consider applications from those eligible to work in the UK for this position.
