The Transformation Process Lead will lead functional design and business process optimisation activities during Phase 0 ERP discovery and process uplift for large-scale ERP transformations (primarily SAP S/4HANA). Reporting to the Business Transformation Lead (Director), this role provides deep functional expertise in Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, or Sales, guiding analysts and collaborating with client stakeholders to define future-state processes aligned with ERP best practice.

  • Functional Expertise: Deep knowledge of one or more domains (Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Sales) and their ERP-enabled processes.
  • Business Process Optimisation: Ability to analyse, redesign, and harmonise processes using industry benchmarks and SAP best practice.
  • Optimisation through AI: Experience leveraging AI in optimised business processes.
  • Thought Leadership: Ability to position and present future ways of working based on industry trends and other thought leadership
  • Cost and Benefit Assessment: Articulate the qualitative and quantitative costs and benefits of different approaches to business process design and adoption, including operating model considerations.
  • Workshop Leadership: Skilled in facilitating workshops with senior stakeholders and C-suite executives.
  • ERP Platform Awareness: Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA capabilities and deployment considerations.
  • Team Leadership: Ability to guide analysts, review deliverables, and ensure quality outcomes.
  • Project Delivery: Experience managing complex workstreams with multiple stakeholders and dependencies.

Your Profile

  • Proven years experience in ERP-enabled transformation or functional consulting.
  • Deep functional knowledge in Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, or Sales processes.
  • Proven experience in business process optimisation and ERP readiness activities.
  • Strong facilitation skills; ability to lead workshops with senior executives.
  • Familiarity with Signavioor similar process modelling tools
  • Industry experience in Consumer/Retail, Public Sector, Utilities or Manufacturing.
