ARM have an exciting opportunity for a part time Accounts Payable to join one of our clients in Redhill on a part time basis.

The Accounts Payable will ensure that all company costs and bank account transactions are processed accurately, efficiently and in a timely manner.

The Role:

* Setting up and posting purchase invoices and processing payments to banking and accounting systems.
* Posting daily cash transactions and reconciling bank accounts.
* Monthly reconciliation of purchase ledger accounts.
* Assisting with mandates and other banking queries.
* Daily banking of cheques and updating cheque register.
* Assisting with the process of monthly expenses and company credit cards.
* Ad hoc tasks depending on month end requirements and business needs.

Requirements:

* Part qualified or desire to start working towards relevant accountancy qualification (AAT)
* Take pride, accountability, and ownership in everything you do.
* Provide an efficient, high-quality service to the Company's stakeholders at all times.
* Ability to work as a pro-active team member.
* Strong IT skills including Word, Excel, Outlook etc.
* Ability to interpret and apply procedures.
* Flexibility and ability to prioritize own workload depending on business needs.
* Clear, concise, and logical verbal and written communication skills
