Environmental Advisor in Bristol

ENVIRONMENTAL ADVISOR - SOUTH WEST - 3 MONTHS CONTRACT - £35 PER HOUR

Arm are delighted to be working for one of the UK's Largest Infrastructure companies, who helps to construct, upgrade and maintain buildings and infrastructure across the country, for both private and public-sector customers. They are seeking for an experienced Environmental Advisor to join their team based in Bristol.

About You:
* You will need to hold a BREEAM AP or an equivalent qualification
* You will need extensive Construction Industry Experience
* You will need to hold a Full driving licence and willingness to travel across projects in Bristol
* You Must have a relevant CSCS Card

What you will be doing:
* You will be organizing the close out and submission of BREEAM Assessments for significant projects, including evidence reviewing.
* You will be managing and coordinating BREEAM on live projects to ensure that evaluation is in line with current stage of project.
* You will maintain the delivery of environmental compliance on live projects in line with the clients UK Environmental Policy.
* You will support the close out of a Materials Management Plan on a significant project.

This role will be Office/ Site-based role in Bristol - with a small amount of flexible working.

This role is a 3 Month contract.

The rate for this position is £35 Per Hour (UMB) Inside IR35.

We can only consider applications from those eligible to work in the UK for this role. Also, as part of the compliance process, a DBS will be required prior to start.
