ENVIRONMENT AND PLANNING SOLICITOR - WEST SUSSEX - PERMANENT - £80,000 - £95,000 PER ANNUM + £400 PER MONTH CAR ALLOWANCE

Advanced Resource Managers are working for a private utility company who are looking for an Environment and Planning Solicitor based in West Sussex.

About You:
* You will be a Qualified solicitor/barrister with post-qualification experience in environmental and planning law and practice.
* You will be a technical expert in their field and preferably an acknowledged authority.
* You will have knowledge of statutory and environmental regulations within the UK water industry.
* It is essential that you have experience working on environment and planning issues.

What you will be doing:
You will be providing focused accurate, effective, and timely legal advice, analysis and support to the relevant function on environmental and planning issues to enable the function to meet/manage its objectives.

The role is based in West Sussex, it is a hybrid position.

The rate of pay for this role is £80,000 to £95,000 + a £400 per month car allowance, this is based on experience and suitability. On top of this the company are offering a benefit package including: 25 days annual leave + bank holidays, flexible working, company pension scheme, life assurance, + more.

For our client, we are required to undertake a DBS and reference checks prior to starting. We also can only consider applications from those eligible to work in the UK for this position.
