Engineering Manager (5 Basin) in Plymouth, Devon

Role Details:

• Negotiable Rate Inside IR35
• Hybrid, with an expectation of being on-site 2 days per week.
• Per diem available dependent on Location

Are you a skilled Engineering Manager with experience in the nuclear industry? If so, we want you to join ARM's Energy Division as we seek multiple applicants to fill the role for our client, a Nuclear Civil company in the Devonport Dockyard/Plymouth area.

Some of your duties will include:

To support the Design and Safety Manager with day-to-day engineering decisions, liaison with the project management community, supply base, and resource selection/interview for a growing engineering team.

What do you need to succeed?

• A strong background in safety engineering, preferably within the nuclear industry. - Extensive knowledge of safety regulations, guidance, and codes.
• Experience in conducting safety assessments and analysing results.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
