• Remote Role - 1 day on-site every 6 weeks at Devonport, Plymouth

The Energy Division at ARM are currently recruiting an experienced Mechanical Process Engineer to join a world-leading, Nuclear Defense client based out of Devonport dockyard.

Job Overview:

This is a major engineering initiative focused on upgrading a Defence facility in Plymouth, UK, designed to support the Vanguard and future Dreadnought Class submarines. The project has a 10-year timeline and is valued at £1 billion, representing a significant infrastructure development for the UK's Defence sector.

Some of your duties will include:

• To manage the delivery of nuclear process, work packages to the required scope, quality, schedule and cost.

• Responsible for managing the technical aspects of nuclear process engineering packages from identification of the need, through to handover.

• Develop, lead and manage one or more technical design packages agreeing project related objectives, managing designer performance and making appropriate technical management responses.

What do you need to succeed?

• Mechanical degree.
• Experience in mechanical services.
• Piping experience is beneficial.
