Employee Relations Partner
Wiltshire
12-month fixed term contract
£50,500

ARM are currently recruiting for an Employee Relations Advisor to join one of our clients in Wiltshire for a 12 month period.

A key member of the wider People team, the Employee Relations Partner (ERP) is responsible for supporting the delivery of a professional people service across all regions within and directorates.

Requirements:

* Work closely with leaders across all operating regions, to develop and implement medium to long term people related solutions aligned with business strategy.
* Possess in-depth knowledge of employment law, core HR and experience of employment relations case management.
* Provide sound advice and guidance aligned to supporting leaders to competently deal with investigations, disciplinaries, grievances, performance management issues / sickness, sensitively in line with policy principles.
* Provide insight to ensure the continued development of relevant employment related people policies and procedures.
* Create leader information, guidance templates and documents relating to your area of responsibility and activities, ensuring these are reviewed and updated on an ongoing basis.
* Provide guidance, coaching and support to all leaders in respect of your Employee Relations area of responsibility.
* Maintain up to date knowledge on employment case law and associated legislative changes.
* Ensure ER cases are recorded, tracked, and proactively managed to conclusion or hand off to the relevant Strategic Business Partner.

Requirements:

* CIPD Level 7 / HR Management Degree or equivalent related qualification
* Chartered MCIPD status
* Workplace Mediation or Restorative Practice experience
* Extensive knowledge of employment law and best practice to enable leaders to effectively manage their teams.
* Proficient level of IT skills, including Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft Teams
* Excellent writing and language skills and the ability to communicate effectively with leaders and other key stakeholders.
* Ability to advise competently on cases in a timely manner and work effectively in line with policy and best practice guidance to reduce business risk whilst remaining solution focussed.
