As the Electronic Systems Engineer, you will act as the SME for the products and solutions of the company and will be the liaison between the R&D Manager and the Production, Operations, and Sales departments.

You will be working on specialist products and solutions that are found across multiple industries while acting as the Technical Manager's proxy as first point of contact for the production in the introduction of new products, quality assurance, improvements, also with various other aspects.

Some of the responsibilities you will have are:

• The interface between the Technical and Operations Departments, ensuring successful integration of technical improvements, new products, programming updates into Production
• Assisting the Technical Manager with all new software and hardware products
• Creation, delivery and control of technical documentation and procedures
• Regular review of production processes, identifying and implementing improvements
• Management and technical direction/investigation of supplier/manufacturer and internal technical non-conformance issues
• Perform regular inspections and assessments
• Provide in-house technical support for Sales, Marketing, 2nd-line Technical Support, Field Engineers, and Production

Your skillset may include:

• Understanding and hands-on capability of RF technology, paging systems, two-way radio systems, and IT hardware/software solutions
• Programming languages (ideally C#, Java, Python)
• Experience in electrical/electronic production process and best practices
• Experience working in an ISO-certified environment
• HND in Electronic Engineering (or equivalent)
• Electrical awareness/qualification (ECS is desirable)
