Electrical Engineer in Derby, Derbyshire

The energy team here at Advanced Resource Managers are currently recruiting multiple electrical engineers to join a leading client in the nuclear industry.

*due to the nature of the work, you must be a sole British national*

What you'll be doing:

You will work with key stakeholders to integrate and manage system requirements. Also, you will design, specify for manufacture, test, commission, and support both bespoke and commercial off the shelf Electrical Control and Instrumentation systems and additionally,

• Prepare technical reports and documentation to a standard compatible with engineering best practices.
• Undertake project planning and control to ensure cost and schedule adherence.
• Occasional site working to work on design reviews, investigations, equipment trials,

Who we are looking for:

• Ideally, you will have experience in one of the above disciplines, but this does not need to be limited to Submarines.
• We are interested in you, who come from industries such as Civil Aerospace, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical and other safety-critical industries.
• It is preferable that you are Degree Qualified or Apprentice Trained in a relevant engineering discipline, however, this is not essential as experience is equally beneficial
