Dorset based.

£30 -£60k DOE

This is a great opportunity for either an experienced Senior Electrical Designer, or a graduate Electrical Designer to start at junior level, to join a progressive, reputable, and growing M&E company. The role would suit an applicant who is looking for a varied and technically challenging role and to play a key part in a thriving business.

The Role:

• Technical Electrical design of domestic, commercial, and industrial systems including power, lighting, fire alarms, security systems and data installations.
• To undertake calculations, analysis, schematics, drawings, diagrams, models, specifications, and manuals.
• To attend design meetings and undertake visits to construction sites to oversee on-site installation.
• In-house technical support to installers.
• Inspect and review Operation and Maintenance Manuals on completion of projects.

The Person:

• Experience designing electrical systems in AutoCAD.
• Electrical Design Level 4 an advantage (C&G 2396-01)
• Some mechanical knowledge an advantage.
• Self-sufficient and innovative.
• Full UK driving license for site visits.
• Excellent communicator.
