EE Integration Coordinator in Gaydon, Warwickshire

PermanentAre you an experienced EE Integration Coordinator seeking a new permanent role? We are supporting a permanent position that is Based in Gaydon. You will be responsible for coordinating the EE integration task to deliver the EE integration content on vehicle programmes.
Responsibilities
* Software & integration delivery task definition
* Feature, software & coding planning
* Software and coding delivery tracking & reporting
* Build and prototype fleet software & coding version control
* Integration engineer task management
* Outsource resource task & commercial management
* Coordination of lab car preparation, planning, build and testing
* Represents EE in engineering and technical reviews
Requirements
* Experience of automotive software and integration project delivery
* Knowledge of, or experience in delivering Electrical or Electronics commodities (HD & SW)
* Knowledge of Product Development Cycle from concept to launch completion
* Knowledge of software/feature fault diagnosis
* Experience of working in a cross functional team to tackle complex issue resolution
* Communication and influencing skills
* Experience of automotive pre-production build environments
* Experience of Electrical Engineering vehicle fleet support
* Must be able to manage large workloads in a high-pressure environment and prioritise accordingly
* Effective facilitation and influencing skills
* Strong stakeholder management skills
* Good problem-solving skills
* Team player & able to collaborate with others
* Analytical mindset and critical thinking
* Builds positive and constructive relationships and is aware of others' needs and uses this to work well together
* Works effectively with others to achieve goals e.g. recognises how different contributions and ways of working led to success.
* Notices issues and seeks to address customer concerns
* Considers their impact on others and makes efforts to communicate effectively. Has a range of communication styles to draw on and has been able to flex between these as needed
