Education Improvement Lead in Bournemouth, Dorset

EDUCATION IMPROVEMENT LEAD - BOURNEMOUTH - 6 MONTH CONTRACT - UP TO £800 PER DAY UMBRELLA

A local authority is currently looking for an Education Improvement Lead, for a 6 month contract based in Bournemouth.

About You:
* You will have operated in a senior level position in a local authority education directorate.
* You will have a clear understanding of the strategic landscape for education provision and the opportunities.
* You will have experience of strategy and policy development.
* You will have a track record in leading performance improvement and positive working relationships with schools.
* You will have the ability to manage political and senior relationships.

What you will be doing:
You will be leading on the further development and implementation of the Education Improvement Plan, leading on the coordination and delivery of the board and the priority areas that report into it. You will also be reviewing decision making and governance arrangements and developing robust and transparent governance.

The role is based in Bournemouth. This will be working 5 days a week during normal office hours.

The role is £700 - £800 per day based on experience, the role is inside IR35.
