Ecologist in North London, London

ECOLOGIST - LONDON - 6-MONTHS - £340 PER DAY INSIDE IR35

ARM are currently working with a railway organisation who are responsible for developing, maintaining and running the majority of the railway networks in the UK. They are seeking an Ecologist to join their team based in London on a 6-month contract

To be applicable for this position you will need the following:

- You will have previous experience managing ecology related projects

- You will need previous in GIS field mapping and updating spatial datasets

- You will have experience in field data collection and management.

In this position you will be providing technical support and advice for the operational teams who are operating and maintaining the railways. The role will implement and assure a programme of ecological checks and surveys, including habitat, botanical and animal species surveys, complete works impact assessments, and manage proactive and corrective mitigation and compliance plans.

This position will be based in Central London and may require travel to different sites across the southern region.

This position is a 6-month contract and is paying £340 per day inside IR35.

For this position you will need to be eligible to work in the UK full time, you will also need a clean UK drivers license and an active PTS card.
