About the Role:

The Energy Division at ARM is currently seeking an EC&I Designer join the Nuclear Civil client in Warrington.

Some of your Duties will include.

• Generate design solutions for various common or complex situations and problems - Prepare and produce drawings in accordance with ISO standards and project requirements.
• Foster collaboration across design and other functional teams - Maintain project documentation and update 'as built' documentation.
• Communicate and coordinate with colleagues and stakeholders throughout the design lifecycle - Assist in resolving production and technical queries.
• Support customer management and procurement specifications - Assist senior designers in estimating and improving output quality.
• Take on Design Lead responsibilities for low-risk projects.
• Contribute to learning from project experiences.
• Stay updated on industry developments and best practices.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety standards and company policies.
• Support tender requirements and business development opportunities.

What do you need to succeed?

• Possess an ONC/HNC/HND (or equivalent) qualification or BTEC National Certificate/Diploma (or equivalent) or relevant apprenticeship.
• Have industry experience in a related field.
• Proficient in the use of CAD tools.
• Familiar with General Engineering Drawing Practice.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with other disciplines.
