Position Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Transformation Lead with a proven track record in strategic growth, technology delivery, and operational change. The ideal candidate will have experience in implementing world-class cloud solutions and delivering significant scale transformations, process optimization, and innovation in banking while dealing with the disruptive impacts of change across the different banks.
- Create compelling business cases to support major strategic initiatives, enabling informed decision-making by senior management.
- Conduct thorough financial analysis and risk assessments to evaluate the feasibility and profitability of potential investments and acquisitions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, perform market research, and conduct a competitive analysis to support business case development.
- Create detailed financial models and forecasts, incorporating key performance indicators (KPIs) and sensitivity analysis to assess project viability.
- Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and market conditions to identify emerging opportunities and risks for the organization.

Experience Required:
- At least 5 years of experience in strategic banking transformation-led programs and digital delivery in retail banking.
- Experience in managing major third-party suppliers within the bank to ensure service delivery aligns to contracted SLAs
- Implementation of major fintech platforms
- Program budgeting/forecasting.
- Advanced business case completion
- End-to-end program management.
- End-to-end banking operations.
- Banking reform/organizational redesign.
- Advanced business process modeling.
- Platform integrations through API (SaaS, iPaaS, etc).
- Data analytics/Data migration and management.
- Digital transformation/UX design.
- FCA/PRA regulations and banking license application.
- Risk management and operational resilience.
- Financial modelling
