Demolition Supervisor in Holywell, Flintshire

Contract5.5 days/week
- Oversee all on-site demolition activities, ensuring work is carried out safely and efficiently
- Ensure strict adherence to agreed methods, risk assessments, and safety procedures
- Supervise the implementation of RAMS (Risk Assessment Method Statements)
- Enforce safe demolition practices across all operations
- Ensure company standards are consistently applied across clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
- Assess and manage varying levels of risk associated with different stakeholders
- Develop a strong understanding of organisational systems, services, and operational assets
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Demolition Supervisor or similar role within the UK
- Background in demolition and/or construction projects
- Technical foundation in mechanical or civil engineering
- Strong working knowledge of UK safety regulations and best practices
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
All candidates must have full, permanent Right to Work in the UK.
