Data And System Helpdesk Advisor in London

DATA AND SYSTEMS HELPDESK ADVISOR - LONDON - PERMANENT - £28,400 - £40,825

ARM are working with a lead transport company and we are currently recruiting for a Data and Systems Helpdesk Advisor to join their team based in London.

About You:
You will have experience of working on a helpdesk or managing an inbox, where you triage requests coming in.
You will have experience of working with a wide range of stakeholders from senior to junior level.
Ideally you will have experience of talking to and advising users on some simple processes, but this is not essential.
Also you may experience or knowledge of data or systems would be desirable, but not essential for this role.

What you will be doing:
This is a key position that sits within the Systems and Data team, who ensure that user requests are actions. This role will ensure all requests are answered with only a small percentage being actions by you and the rest being dealt with by other subject matter experts.

This position will be based in Central London and will be working using the hybrid model with time split between the office and home working.

Salary for this position is between £28,400 and £40,825 and will be dependent on experience and suitability. On top of this is an excellent benefits package that includes pension, healthcare and much, much more.
