Customer Account Manager in Southampton, Hampshire

Overview

Our rapidly expanding telecommunications client is looking for a Line Provisioning Coordinator to join am established and successful team based in Southampton.

Duties:

The main objective of the role is to manage the relationship and processes to ensure a smooth transition into the company.

This includes,

* Place and manage Fixed Line, Broadband, SIP, and mobile product orders using a variety of internal and external systems
* Informing customers of new and ongoing orders via telephone and email
* Updating customers with fault progress and timescales regularly
* Ensure all internal systems are updated with the provision changes

Skills needed.

* Time Management Skills
* Excellent customer service skills
* Be able to work within a team as well as on own initiative
* Be able to adapt to change
* Excellent telephone technique and manner
Experience & Training:

* An understanding of PSTN, ISDN, Broadband, SIP
* An understanding of Ethernet Technologies desirable
* An understanding of PBX / Hosted telephone systems (Cloud)
* Experience using WLR ordering portal
