Credit Collections Advisor - Portsmouth - Rolling Contract - £14 p/h

ARM have an exciting opportunity for a Credit Collections Advisor to join a household digital brand on an initial rolling contract with the potential for this to go permanent.

The role is working to aim for optimum recovery of outstanding client debt through first-time resolution and awareness of individual customer circumstances whilst meeting or exceeding quality assurance and collection KPIs and targets

Responsibilities:

* To communicate effectively with members collecting outstanding payments, arranging and negotiating repayment plans and reinstatement of direct debit mandates.
* Process payments via credit and debit cards over the phone
* Manage the email inbox and deliver excellent membership experience through written communication
* Achieve KPIs relevant to the department to help the business succeed in achieving our overall goal
* Actively participating in all aspects of training and be accountable for their own personal development and objectives

Requirements:

* An excellent negotiator, with a confident telephone manner with the ability to explain and influence people clearly and concisely
* Strong IT and admin skills to keep records accurate and up-to-date
* Good under pressure - you will be proactive and able to manage numerous tasks
* Previous experience in a similar role
* Minimum of 4 GCSE, Grade C / Level 4 or above in English and Maths
