I am recruiting for a Commerical and Contracts support Representative to work with a global leader in aircraft engine manufacturing.
This role with report into the Director of Commercial Programs and will provide support to the wider team.

Responsibilities:

  • Support Regional Sales Managers, Director EMEA Sales and the Director of Commercial Programs with the generation of proposals and tender responses and processing of sales concessions for engine maintenance services, including the coordination of input from other stakeholders within the organisation.
  • Draft and customise contracts, including Engine Service Agreements, Fleet Management Program Agreements and Engine Sale/Exchange Agreements.
  • Support in making contract changes during the negotiation process with the Contracts Specialist or Director Commercial Programs to draft suitable alternate wording.
  • Support Contracts Specialist and the Commercial Programs team in the generation of contract amendments and reports.
  • Support and coordinate the approval processes for proposals and contracts using SAP and SharePoint systems.
  • Utilise the system to ensure everything is tracked and up-to-date.
  • Provide organisation support for customer events, tradeshows and company corporate / social events.

Requirements:
* Very effective organisational abilities and high attention to detail.
* Excellent general computer skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and SAP.
* Previous experience and training in generating commercial proposals and drafting contracts.

* Some travel may be required.
