Contract Operations Manager*- Permanent - (Africa and/or Middle East*) - Competitive Rotation

A leading towage organisation is recruiting for a Contract Operations Manager to ensure the delivery of exceptional services to the company's clients in a cost-effective and safe manner.

*6 weeks on/6 weeks off.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to;

• Maintaining a safe, secure, and professional work environment, ensuring the day-to-day operations are efficient and seamless.
• Motivate, develop, and inspire the staff and crew assigned to the contract.
• Managing the company's assets and crews on the project to ensure the maximum utilisation of the vessels.
• Taking charge of the contract's financial performance.
• Building strong relationships with clients to manage their expectations, and identify opportunities to enhance the contract and increase the potential revenue.

The successful candidate will;

• Have sailed as a Master Mariner on tugs/towage vessels.
• Have experience in a similar position.
• Be able to liaise directly with clients in an efficient manner.
