ARM are working with a Policing Organisation who are currently recruiting for a Continuous Improvement Lead on a Permanent basis.
About You:
You will have experience in Business/ Transformational Change Management.
You will have experience working with Sponsors.
You will be experienced in Leading teams.
What you will be doing:
In this position you will be responsible for working with Senior Sponsors and their teams to help determine and prioritize the strategy for improvement. You will look to Lead the delivery of cross-functional transformational change to help drive benefits for the business.
This position is based in South East London and is commutable for all taking Train, Tube, Bus and Car.
The salary for this position is £56,000 per Annum.
