Construction Site Manager in City of London, London

CONSTRUCTION SITE MANAGER - CENTRAL LONDON - 20 MONTHS CONTRACT - £320 PER DAY.

Advanced Resource Managers are working with a company who are the integrated transport authority responsible for the strategy and commitments are looking for a Construction Site Manager on a 20 -month contract, based in London.

About You:
* You will have extensive knowledge of the construction industry with a bias to civils and/or structures.
* You will need experience of rail infrastructure projects and processes.
* You will need excellent knowledge of CDM both on large single and multi-site programmes

What you will be doing:
You will manage the site safety compliance and quality assurance- via ITP's and programme adherence through monitoring and the production of site diaries and issues. You will need to be prepared to support the programme when required - ie possessions weekend works.

This role will be site based in central London with occasional visits to other depots when required.

The rate for this role is set at £320 Per Day (Umbrella) Inside IR35.

This role is a 20 Month Contract.
